Solutions / Government

Sovereign AI for government and the public sector.

Public organizations want to use AI responsibly, with citizen data that must stay under their control and with as little dependence on a single foreign vendor as possible. Loadcore runs open models on servers you choose, so the data stays where you put it.

The public sector dilemma

Public servants handle citizen data, policy drafts and confidential case files. Hosted AI services process that data with a commercial provider, often outside the organization's jurisdiction. Banning AI does not work either, because employees will find their own tools.

Run open models on your own terms

  • Your location: run the agent in your own data center or at a provider you choose.
  • Open licenses: deploy models such as gpt-oss 120B (Apache 2.0), Gemma 4 31B (Apache 2.0) or DeepSeek V4.1 Flash (MIT).
  • Open interfaces: an OpenAI-compatible API and standard GGUF files, so you are not tied to one vendor.
  • Departments and personal keys: access per team, traceable to a person.

Use cases

  • Summarizing case files, consultation responses and reports
  • Drafting letters and answers to citizen questions, reviewed by staff
  • Searching and answering questions over internal policy and procedures
  • Translation and plain-language rewriting

Frequently asked questions

Can we run Loadcore in a sovereign cloud?

Inference runs on any Linux GPU server where you start the agent, so you can use your own data center or a sovereign cloud provider. The management control plane is a managed Loadcore service and never receives prompts or completions.

Are the models open source?

Many are released under permissive licenses, such as Apache 2.0 for gpt-oss 120B, Gemma 4 and several Qwen models, and MIT for DeepSeek V4.1 Flash. Check the license of each model you deploy; our model guides list them.

How do we avoid vendor lock-in?

Loadcore uses open building blocks: GGUF model files, llama.cpp and an OpenAI-compatible API. Your models stay in a plain directory on your servers and your integrations keep working with any compatible server.
