Private AI for healthcare, without patient data leaving your network.

Hospitals and care providers see the value of AI for documentation and administration, but patient data is among the most sensitive data there is. With Loadcore, open models run on GPU servers inside your own network, and prompts with patient information never go to an external AI provider.

Where AI helps in healthcare

Much of the time clinicians and staff spend goes to text: referral letters, discharge summaries, notes, protocols and email. Language models are good at exactly that kind of work. The barrier is not capability but data protection.

Keep patient data inside your network

With Loadcore, the model runs on a GPU server in your own data center or private cloud. Requests go from your applications straight to that server. The Loadcore control plane only manages which servers and models exist and who may use them. It never receives a prompt, a completion or a model weight.

What you can build

  • Documentation support: draft letters and summaries from notes, reviewed by the clinician.
  • Internal knowledge assistant: answer staff questions about protocols and procedures.
  • Administrative work: classify, route and summarize incoming correspondence.
  • Translation: patient information in other languages, checked by staff.

Your developers integrate through the OpenAI-compatible API, so existing libraries and frameworks work without changes.

Control and accountability

  • Departments decide which teams reach which model.
  • Personal API keys tie every request to a person and can be revoked at any time.
  • Health checks and heartbeats show what runs where across your GPU servers.

Frequently asked questions

Is self-hosted AI suitable for patient data?

Self-hosting keeps patient data on infrastructure you control, which is usually a requirement for using it at all. You still need your own assessment of purpose, legal basis, security and clinical safety. Loadcore never receives prompts or completions.

Is Loadcore a medical device?

No. Loadcore is infrastructure for running language models. It is not intended for diagnosis or treatment decisions, and any clinical use of AI output needs review by a qualified professional.

Can we restrict which staff can use which model?

Yes. Departments are granted specific models, and every request carries a personal key that the agent checks on your server.
